OFFERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for the Offer. By registering for availing the Offer, all the Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions (T&Cs) mentioned herein. If you are not agreeable to any of the terms and conditions, you may choose not to register for the offer. This Offer is conducted by Bisleri International Pvt Ltd (“BIPL”).

• This offer is valid till stocks lasts. The Offer is at the sole discretion of BIPL and can be withdrawn/ modified/ terminated at any given point in time, without any prior notice and/or without assigning any reasons whatsoever. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai only.

A. ELIGIBILITY & OFFER

• Offers are open only to customer who (a) is legal resident of India and a citizen of India, and (b) is at least Eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participating in the Offer (c) purchases 20 Ltrs Jar of the brand Bisleri from any retail outlet or distributor or through shop.bisleri.com (d) Offer is available in- Mumbai region, Pune, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Chandigarh , Ludhiana Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata. All entries registrations will be automatically disqualified without notice if the eligibility criteria stated herein is not being met or if the Customer uses his/her submission for commercial benefit using BIPL’s or its affiliates name(s).

B. OFFER PERIOD

• The Offers are valid till the stock lasts. Offer Period can be changed/ extended/ withdrawn/ modified/ terminated as per the BIPL’s sole decision.

C. How to Participate in the Offer and win Gift:

• Customer needs to purchase the defined Product during the Offer Period.
• Registration valid/ open only till stock lasts.
• The Customer enter the website (shop.bisleri.com) by scanning the QR code on the Products following which the customer has to register a mobile number through an instant OTP which will received through an SMS. Customer has to fill his/her details on the form with (Name, Address & Email address).

• On successful registration the customer will spin the wheel to win the gift.

If CASHBACK:

• The customer will receive the cashback in his/her Bisleri portal e wallet which can be redeemed by the Customer on his/her purchase from shop.bisleri.com.

Other GIFTS except Bike:

• The customer will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Post receipt of confirmation SMS three (3) attempts will be made to contact the customer on the registered mobile no./ email ID within 72 hours regarding the gift and the further process
• The Customer will be required to provide adequate documents required for identification and for availing the gifts within 48 hours of receiving the email, failing which such customer shall be ineligible for the offer.
• The Documents required to be provided for identification and availing the gift are as under:
• Photo ID proof (Adhar Card/ Passport/ Voter ID/ Driving License)
• Pan Card (self attested)
• Upon completion of document verification, the gift shall be delivered to the customer within 7 working days.
• The Customer shall acknowledge sign a form acknowledging receipt of gift.

For BIKE:

• The customer will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Post receipt of confirmation SMS three (3) attempts will be made to contact the customer on the registered mobile no./ email ID within 72 hours regarding the gift and the further process
• The Customer will be required to provide adequate documents required for identification and for availing the gifts within 48 hours of receiving the email, failing which such customer shall be ineligible for the offer.
• The Documents required to be provided for identification and availing the gift are as under:
• Photo ID proof (Adhar Card/ Passport/ Voter ID/ Driving License)
• Pan Card (self attested)
• The Customer will be provided details of the Dealer from the same city.
• The Dealer will provide invoice for the Bike
• All the additional cost such as insurance, registration, etc shall be borne by the Customer
• The Customer shall acknowledge sign a form acknowledging receipt of gift.

Note: The gift will be delivered on the registered address. D. Offers Terms & Conditions:

• 1. The Offer will be strictly as per T&Cs mentioned and no deviations will be entertained in this regard.
• 2. BIPL reserves the right to discontinue the eligibility of any Customer who appears to be using the program in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions.
• 3. Products purchased only during the Offer Period will be considered for participation in the Offers.
• 4. Accordingly, in such case, BIPL shall not be liable to provide any gift, or compensation to the Customer on any account.
• 5. Any of the Offer(s) is non cashable and is available only in form of free products mentioned above.
• 6. The Assured Gift cannot be substituted/ exchanged with any Product/Services other than entitled for. All sizes of the gifts are standard and request for specific sizes/colour/design/style shall not be entertained. • 7. BIPL is facilitating the distribution of gift through its vendor. The warranty of the product will be covered by the brand/ manufacturers’ warranty terms and condition. In any circumstances, BIPL will not be responsible for quality/service related to the product.
• 8. All gifts will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulation as and when applicable. TDS, if applicable on any gift item, will have to be borne by the winners and payable on request before delivering the gift
• 9. BIPL reserves all the rights to change/ modify the Offers during/ after the Offer Period.
• 10. Each customer consents and permits BIPL to use his/her name, mobile number, and general locations, for advertising and other promotional purposes related to the Offers or BIPL’s brand, without payment of any additional compensation or damages.
• 11. All free products are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• 12. These Offer T&Cs are in addition and not in substitution of the Offer Specific T&Cs as well as the General T&Cs mentioned hereinafter.

E. Conditions related to Gift

• BIPL shall not be responsible for non-availability, delay or any delivery warranties of Gifts due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, Government decisions, operational & technical issues Epidemic or Pandemic or any other Act of God or condition beyond the control of BIPL constituting force majeure.

F. General Terms & Conditions (T&Cs):

• 1. Intellectual Property Rights- All rights, title and interest including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional material(s) shall vest solely and exclusively with BIPL at all times
• 2. The Customer represents & warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws and any/all information submitted by him/her is true, correct, accurate & complete.
• 3. By participating in the Offer, the customer consents some information available on shop.bisleri.com such as Name, Phone no, Gender, Age , address etc to be communicated further as required for publication in any media, for the purpose of announcement. The customer also consents the information to be stored on the servers of BIPL in India Only.
• 4. By registering in the Offer, it means that the Customer has given its consent to BIPL to contact them through call, SMS, Email or other mediums with respect to this offer and shall not make any claim or raise any complaint against them.
• 5. The Customer agrees that BIPL shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Offer or with the acceptance, possession or use of any Gift.
